Pursuant to current Organic Law 15/1999 on Data Protection, TUC TUC WORLD, S.L. hereby informs you that the personal data of the Users of the www.tuctuc.es website will be stored and processed in an automated file owned by TUC TUC WORLD, S.L. and that this file will be managed exclusively for the purpose stated in each form or reply channel. When a User clicks on “SEND”, he/she is consenting to having his/her data processed by TUC TUC WORLD, S.L.. Users have a term of 30 days within which to withdraw their consent to having their data treated in this way by way of a written communication to TUC TUC WORLD, S.L., Calle Monte la Pila 5, Pol. Ind. La Variante, 26140 Lardero, La Rioja, Spain.

TUC TUC WORLD, S.L. undertakes that the personal data sought shall be those that are strictly necessary in order to carry out the service requested. You shall be informed where appropriate that the provision of certain data is compulsory, without which it shall not be possible to carry out the provision of the service.

Likewise, TUC TUC WORLD, S.L., as party responsible for the file, undertakes to maintain the secrecy and the confidentiality of the personal data it collects, and for this purpose it shall adopt all security measures necessary in order to avoid the data from being lost, modified without consent, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the Implementing Regulations of the Organic Data Protection Act approved by Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December.

Likewise Users are informed that they may, at any time, exercise their rights of access, correction, cancellation, and opposition as acknowledged at Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December 1999, on Personal Data Protection, notifying this to TUC TUC WORLD, S.L., Calle Monte la Pila 5, Pol. Ind. La Variante, 26140 Lardero, La Rioja, Spain.

Furthermore, pursuant to the provisions of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, TUC TUC WORLD, S.L. undertakes not to send advertising by way of electronic mail without having first received express authorization from the addressee. The User may oppose the sending of advertising by way of ticking the corresponding box.

Condiciones de Uso de la sección “concurso foto tuc”.

La finalidad de esta sección es la de promocionar nuestras prendas, para lo cual solicitamos la colaboración de aquellos clientes de TUC TUC WORLD, S.L. con el fin de que nos remitan las fotografías de los niños que llevan nuestra ropa.
Mediante la aceptación de las presentes condiciones, el Usuario reconoce ser responsable de las imágenes que envía a nuestra página web con el fin de ser publicadas en la Sección “concurso foto tuc”.

Os informamos de que las imágenes son consideradas como un dato personal y por tanto sujetas la ley 15/1999, de 13 de diciembre, de protección de datos de carácter personal. Además,  el art. 2.2 de la Ley Orgánica 1/1982, de 5 de Mayo, que regula el Derecho al Honor, a la Intimidad Personal y Familiar y a la propia Imagen, establece que no se apreciará la existencia de intromisión ilegítima en el ámbito protegido cuando estuviese expresamente autorizada por Ley o cuando el titular del derecho hubiere otorgado al efecto su consentimiento expreso.

TUC TUC WORLD, S.L. desea recoger su autorización expresa para la publicación de las imágenes de su hijo/a en la sección “concurso foto tuc” para lo cual ha de hacer “click” en la casilla de aceptación de las Condiciones de Uso de la sección antes de enviar las imágenes.
Al ser www.tuctuc.es de acceso público, TUC TUC WORLD, S.L. no se hace responsable del uso posterior que se haga de las imágenes una vez publicadas en nuestra página web por parte de terceros ajenos a nosotros.
